Victoria advises on a broad spectrum of business succession planning, commercial and property matters. Her expertise extends to limited recourse borrowing arrangements, land tax and indirect tax queries, as well as advising business owners on succession structures and strategies to support the smooth transition of ownership and control to the next generation.
With a passion for demystifying complex legal issues, Victoria provides practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. She works with business owners and their professional advisers to identify risks, plan for the future and put effective succession arrangements in place, empowering clients to navigate challenges and achieve their personal and business objectives with confidence.
Prior to joining PDC in 2021, Victoria grew her passion for delivering innovative solutions to her client’s legal issues in her background as an indirect tax lawyer for a top-tier law firm and her many years of experience working in a management role at a private vocational education institution.
Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons, Class 1) / Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and was a University of Wollongong Medallist in Law in 2003.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and going on adventures with their five amazing children.
