Lorri is a director of PDC Law. Lorri combines excellent technical expertise with a common-sense approach to best represent her clients. She is one of few Accredited Specialists in Commercial Litigation in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. This accreditation is testament to Lorri’s expert knowledge and skill in dealing with commercial disputes.
Lorri has considerable litigation experience across a range of jurisdictions including Local, District and Supreme courts and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Lorri acts for a wide variety of commercial and government clients and predominantly advises on contract disputes, building and construction claims, corporate insolvency, mortgage default and debt recovery.
Lorri also has expertise in commercial transactions. She assists SMEs from a variety of industries with advice and the drafting of agreements and documentation for their operations. She also has experience drafting and advising on construction contracts and financing.
Lorri values being able to contribute to the local community and is a Committee Member for SAHSSI, Supported Accommodation & Homelessness Services Shoalhaven Illawarra. SAHSSI is a not-for-profit organisation supporting vulnerable women and families, particularly with a view to resolving homelessness and protecting from domestic violence.
In her spare time, Lorri greatly enjoys any kind of sport, but particularly squash and touch football, and is on the board of the Illawarra District Squash Rackets Association.
