JOIN TEAM PDC – OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ROLE

Here at PDC Lawyers and Town Planners we are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant with an interest in property to provide support to our busy legal and town planning operations.

THE ROLE: Receptionist and administration assistant – We are looking for a confident, well presented person with an outgoing personality.

POSITION TYPE: Permanent Full Time. 8:30 to 5pm Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Nowra CBD

START: November 2020

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. General reception duties and office administration;
2. Document management (copying, scanning, filing);
3. Preparing letters, reports and general correspondence;
4. Assisting legal and town planning staff with day to day duties and professional work;

WAGE: Subject to experience. Performance and wage reviews conducted annually.

PRE-REQUISITES: You must have experience in the property or legal industry. You must have good computer skills and demonstrate competency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
