Victoria advises on a broad spectrum of property and commercial matters, including contract negotiations, real estate transactions, and trust law advice. Her expertise extends to limited recourse borrowing arrangements, land tax and indirect tax queries, ensuring clients receive comprehensive guidance tailored to their needs. With a passion for demystifying complex legal issues, Victoria empowers her clients to navigate challenges and achieve their business objectives with confidence.
Prior to joining PDC in 2021, Victoria grew her passion for delivering innovative solutions to her client’s legal issues in her background as an indirect tax lawyer for a top-tier law firm and her many years of experience working in a management role at a private vocational education institution.
Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons, Class 1) / Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and was a University of Wollongong Medallist in Law in 2003.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and going on adventures with their five amazing children.
